🌈 Can I return my Cloud Pillow?
Due to the hygienic nature of pillows, all Claire De Lune Cloud Co. pillows are considered personal care items and are final sale once opened.
If your pillow is unopened and unused, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Just email us at support@clairedelunepillows.com with your order number.
📦 How do refunds work?
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- Items must be sent back in original packaging.
- Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method (processing time: 5–10 business days).
⚠️ What if my pillow arrives damaged?
We'll make it right. If your Cloud arrives with a defect or issue, please send a photo to support@clairedelunepillows.com within 7 days of delivery so we can offer a replacement or store credit.
🎁 Gift Returns
If you received a Claire De Lune gift and aren't quite vibing with the cloud, we offer store credit only (valid on any Cloud Case or future squishy upgrade). Just reach out with the gifter's name and order number, if available.
