Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
  • Tracking information is emailed as soon as the order ships.

3. Shipping Options

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charge)
  • Next-Day Shipping: Next business day (additional charge)

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the USA only.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking details are emailed after shipment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Check tracking info for real-time updates and delays.
  • Claire De Lune is not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
  • Incorrect addresses entered during checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
